The Industry: Financial Services

The Situation: “Amerdaco Services helped us improve our new client onboarding experience, aiming to make the process more efficient for both our clients and teams. New clients found it challenging to know what expected of them and when, and our team needed a more streamlined way to help clients articulate their financial goals early on to build actionable, tailored plans.

We met with Erik to understand share our challenges with our current approach. From there, he facilitated an offsite team session, creating space for open, objective dialogue about what was working, what wasn’t, and where improvements could be made. Erik also led us through an end-to-end client journey—from initial client contact to financial plan implementation. This session was incredibly helpful; we now have a clearly defined, documented, and repeatable process that drives accountability and consistency for all.”

The Result: Client onboarding time was significantly reduced, team alignment and morale improved, and client Google Reviews improved.


The Industry: Construction

The Situation: “Our team was facing the age old challenge of time; we didn’t have enough of it and our installation crews were becoming worn out and frustrated. That’s when we contacted Amerdaco Services to help us take a fresh look at our leadership approach and our processes. When we engaged Erik, I took him through a tour of our shop, our customer scheduling process, our crew assignment logic, and I shared how things were going. I quickly found that Erik was very inquisitive, a good listener, and had “zen-like” presence ensuring us he could help. After hearing the leadership perspective on how things were going, he asked if he could ride along with the installation crews to better understand what they are experiencing and what would help them have a better day at work. I was a little uneasy about this but I sensed he would connect with the crews. And he did! Erik was able to open up communication that was often guarded and negative. His approached identified many tweaks to our process—some small and some big that really helped our customers experience, the crews’ daily grind, and shop morale became fun again.”

The Result: Client scheduling improved, installation processes and safety procedures improved, and teamwork improved between leadership and teams.
